Simon, a licensed builder, began his career as a chef and used his creative skills in the family construction business in his spare time. He later worked with boutique building companies specialising in luxury residences, quality builds, renovations and extensions of classic Queenslander homes.
Simon enjoys upcycling aged and weathered timber into custom furniture and fittings for company projects.
